Il VU+ Duo Twin č il ricevitore base Linux in concorrenza al Dreambox con il firmware open source Enigma2.
Il VU+ Duo Twin non č un clone del Dreambox. Questo ricevitore gestisce il firmware Enigma2 open source, utilizzando i propri driver e second stage bootloader.
Due lettori di Card e due slot CI. Funzione PVR con Hard Disk interno o esterno tramite la connessione SATA, 3 porte USB 2 posteriori 1 anteriore, connessione Ethernet 10/100. Sistema operativo Linux utilizzando Enigma2 open source. Il consumo in stand-by č solo 1 watt. Menu multilingue, Extended EPG (guida elettronica ai programmi).
